Supporting Teradyne's efforts for testing multi-site high voltage, high current/power
inTEST EMS has collaborated with Teradyne on the development of POWER-CELL Test Solutions for the ETS-88 DP-32. inTEST EMS provides critical mechanical and electrical subassemblies for this system.
Compatible Testers
The POWER-CELL supports the High Power Test Solutions for the ETS-88 DP-32. This interface provides the necessary delivery of high voltage signals to the device under test as well as low pressure and high-pressure gas delivery for arc suppression for high power testing.

Arc Suppression
Arc suppression is critical for high voltage probe test. Our experience has been our various customers have different techniques. inTEST provides a standard air delivery interface system to adapt to those unique requirements.
Low Pressure
inTEST provides a low pressure port from within the POWER-CELL DP-32 test head to allow air purge above the needle array
High Pressure
inTEST also provides a high-pressure port from within the POWER-CELL DP-32 test head to the high pressure probe card fitting kit.
