POWER-HINGE Manipulator

Supporting Teradyne's efforts for testing multi-site high voltage, high current/power

The POWER-HINGE Manipulator supports the ETS-88 DP-32 test cell. With motorized hinge motion, quickly move from probe to service/engineering positions. 

The POWER-HINGE Manipulator has a weight capacity up to 250 lbs/113 kg.

Motorized hinge motion

With programmable hinge motion, easily dock and undock the test head to the prober. Smart feedback loops are integrated during the docking sequence to alert operator when it is ok to dock. And the repeatable X, Y and Z alignment ensures proper mating of the internal air purge connections.
